Impact
Belief, Turned Into
Real Capital
We are a young foundation with a century-old belief: back builders early, and give them the means to build. Here is how our grants are designed to create impact — for the founder, and for the community around them.

Ages We Back
Young founders across the United States
The Gudith Foundation was incorporated in 2023 to carry forward a legacy that began in 1902. As we award our first grants, this page reflects how our programs are designed — and the impact each grant is built to create.
What A Grant Makes Possible
From Idea to Impact
Launch the First Version
A Seed Grant can turn a prototype into a real product — covering materials, tools, a first inventory run, or the software needed to get a venture off the ground.
Grow What Is Working
A Builder Grant helps a young founder with early traction scale up — expanding production, reaching new customers, or bringing a social venture to more of the community.
Build Something Lasting
Our flagship Legacy Grant backs exceptional builders with the capital to make a durable mark — the kind of venture that outlives the grant itself.
How We Measure Impact
The Principles Behind Every Grant
Grants, Not Charity
We back builders with real capital and trust them to use it. No loans, no equity, no strings beyond the giving cycle — just belief turned into funding.
The 10% Giving Cycle
Every grant carries a mandatory 10% charitable designation. The recipient names a qualifying 501(c)(3), and we give in their name — so generosity is built into every ventures’s DNA from day one.
Belief Before Blueprint
Grace Gudith built a school in 1902 with no funding and no blueprint — just belief. We measure our impact by how faithfully we pass that same belief forward.
Transparency Always
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 93-2759726). How grants are awarded, how the giving cycle works, and where funds go is meant to be clear to everyone.
Be Part of the Next Chapter
